1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Bagh JIT and all users of this platform. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on Bagh JIT, you agree to abide by these terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

• Bagh JIT may request your NID or passport at any time for identity verification purposes.

Bagh JIT accounts are non-transferable. Allowing someone else to use your account, or using another person's account, may result in disciplinary action in both cases.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Bagh JIT currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 BDT. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account verification level.

Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. If there's a delay, contact our support team with a screenshot. Bagh JIT does not charge any additional fees on deposits.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from someone else's account may not be accepted.
• Deposits via cryptocurrency or unauthorized payment methods are not accepted.
• If a deposit gets stuck due to a payment gateway issue, it will be resolved within 24 hours.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw from Bagh JIT. Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of submission. However, if additional verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.

• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days depending on banking hours.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Bagh JIT regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and validity period, which you should read carefully before claiming.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

• Bonus wagering requirements are generally 20 to 30 times the combined deposit and bonus amount.

• If the same person attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all bonuses will be voided.

6 Gaming Rules & Fairness

All games on Bagh JIT use internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are completely unbiased and unpredictable. Bagh JIT never interferes with the outcome of any game.

Each game has its own rules, which are available within the game itself. If a technical error occurs during a game, the result of that round may be voided and the wagered amount refunded.

• Bagh JIT is not responsible for any disconnection that occurs during gameplay.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final; however, appeals may be made in the event of a technical error.
• If a Sports Betting event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bagh JIT. Any violation will result in immediate account closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Bots & Automation: Use of automated software or scripts in gameplay.
• Collusion: Multiple players colluding to disadvantage others.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Hacking: Unauthorized access to the platform's systems or another user's account.
• Fraud: Any form of fraud or deceptive activity.

If suspicious activity is detected, Bagh JIT may initiate an investigation and temporarily suspend the account at any time. Users are expected to cooperate during the investigation.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Bagh JIT may close or suspend any account for the following reasons: violation of Terms & Conditions, provision of false information, extended inactivity (over 12 months), or legal requirements.

Users may request account closure at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed (unless it is being closed due to prohibited activity).

9 Responsible Gaming
